Provide first-line technical support for Axon hardware and software via phone and email. Troubleshoot networking, installations, registrations, device returns; build product expertise; report bugs and improvement suggestions; meet performance and quality goals.

Monitor global threats including civil unrest, geopolitical instability, extremism, and organized crime. Produce timely threat assessments, advisories, and situational reports for security and operations stakeholders. Develop early-warning indicators, risk models, and watchlists; support incident monitoring, validation, and escalation; and connect physical security, information security, and cybersecurity intelligence. The role also contributes to GSOC procedures, staff training, external intelligence exchanges, and crisis response.

Own month-end cost accounting close and journal entries, manage inventory reserves and reconciliations, perform cost variance and standard-cost analysis, support ERP standard cost/BOM uploads, prepare management reporting, ensure GAAP/SOX compliance and audit readiness, collaborate with FP&A and operations, and drive process improvements across global manufacturing.
