Lead the centralized first-line operational risk and governance function, owning RCSA, issue management, third-party risk oversight, complaints governance, and quality assurance. Hybrid, second-line Model Risk role performing independent validations of statistical and AI models across credit, ALM, finance, underwriting and related areas. Assess data, conceptual soundness, performance, implementation and governance; prepare validation reports; support AI onboarding, remediation, vendor reviews, inventory maintenance and model risk governance.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Define access controls, entitlements, policies, and session isolation; build least-privilege architecture; install, configure, maintain and monitor PAM platforms; produce documentation; coordinate cross-functional IAM improvements and manage project deliverables.
