Lead consumer lending analytics and strategy across credit card, HELOC, and Auto/RV products. Evaluate portfolio performance, member behavior, pricing, targeting, risk, profitability, and growth opportunities. Develop strategic recommendations, forecasts, business cases, and analytical frameworks using SQL and large datasets. Partner with finance, credit risk, marketing, operations, and technology leaders while managing, coaching, and developing an analytics team.

Support adversary emulation, purple team exercises, SOC investigations, threat hunting, third-party risk, fraud operations, tabletop exercises, and online impersonation monitoring. Communicate intelligence findings, maintain threat documentation, and recommend improvements to detection and response capabilities.

Lead complex data analyses and build interactive dashboards to drive actionable business insights. Integrate multiple data sources, support ETL and data pipeline work, ensure data quality and governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate trends into recommendations to improve outcomes across the consumer products portfolio.

Own and elevate member engagement across consumer products, set engagement strategy, and drive cross-functional execution to improve conversion and retention.

Manage and develop a contact center team to meet service, quality, and sales goals. Hire, onboard, train, monitor calls, coach employees, resolve member escalations, ensure regulatory and compliance training, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement individual development and performance management plans.

Create, schedule, and publish on-brand social content across major platforms. Produce platform-native visuals and short-form video, write engaging copy, monitor performance, and report KPIs. Collaborate with creative, product, and compliance teams to ensure brand, accessibility, and legal alignment while supporting campaigns and real-time opportunities.

Lead strategy and operations for retirement, investment and insurance services. Set business plans, advisor productivity standards, partner governance, compliance, marketing and member engagement. Manage partner relationships, broker-dealer coordination, risk controls, team hiring, coaching and performance to grow participation and deliver member-centered financial services.
