Design and deliver sales training, onboarding, and enablement content; maintain Seismic, Gong, SharePoint, and Docebo; curate call libraries; partner cross-functionally; identify and implement AI-driven productivity use cases; facilitate live and virtual sessions and support ongoing enablement projects to improve seller performance.

Serve as the technical lead in enterprise presales: run discovery, design integrations, deliver tailored demos and PoCs, respond to RFPs/security reviews, and guide technical evaluations to secure enterprise deals while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Serve as senior technical advisor for strategic enterprise opportunities: lead technical discovery, solution design, PoCs, integrations, security and scalability discussions, manage RFPs/RFIs, mentor the Solutions Engineering team, and influence product strategy.

Manage end-to-end US payroll, benefits administration, and complex leave cases (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, parental leave). Maintain Rippling HRIS accuracy, run audits and reconciliations, support global benefits/leave coordination, produce People reports, ensure compliance, and partner with Finance and vendors to deliver timely, empathetic employee support.

Own multiple concurrent SaaS customer implementations, lead kickoffs, create implementation plans, manage milestones in Gainsight and monday.com, advise customers on processes and data, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure seamless handoff to Customer Success Managers.
