Serve as a product expert, host webinars, assess account health and risk, coordinate strategic support escalations, respond to inquiries, and track customer data in Gainsight and Salesforce. Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Development teams. Own and govern AlertMedia’s financial systems ecosystem, including NetSuite, Zone Billing, Workato integrations, data flows, reporting, and reconciliation. Lead finance systems implementations, improve workflow reliability, maintain controls, and partner cross-functionally on scalable solutions.
