Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and reusable regression tests; leads system, integration, regression, UAT, and production validation testing. Manages test resources, environments, data, dependencies, defects, risks, and reporting while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to ensure production readiness and audit support.

Leads enterprise IT quality assurance strategy, testing governance, standards, defect management, resource coordination, and release-readiness assessments. Oversees testing across applications, integrations, data platforms, infrastructure, and implementations. Provides QA leadership, executive reporting, risk analysis, and continuous improvement while translating technical findings into recommendations for business and technology leaders.

Handles inbound calls, chats, and online inquiries to identify customer needs, explain individual insurance solutions, guide prospects through enrollment, and close sales. The role focuses on consultative, non-commissioned sales without cold calling and requires obtaining applicable resident and non-resident accident and health insurance licenses within 60 days. Training and support are provided.
