Provides consumer lending sales and support for auto loans, personal loans, lines of credit, and other retail loan products. Consults with applicants, follows up on applications, reviews documentation, explains lending decisions and loan terms, presents ancillary products, ensures regulatory compliance, and facilitates loan closings. Builds member relationships, meets sales objectives, and collaborates with internal stakeholders. Requires occasional travel of less than 5%.

Reviews and audits closed mortgage loan packages, clears post-closing conditions, resolves documentation and title issues, verifies recording and investor requirements, prepares files for delivery, and maintains accurate loan tracking records. Ensures compliance with mortgage regulations, investor guidelines, and internal policies while coordinating with originators, underwriters, title companies, custodians, warehouse lenders, and other stakeholders. Identifies recurring errors, recommends process improvements, and manages multiple loan packages and deadlines.

Manage moderate to complex delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound member interactions. Negotiate payment arrangements, extensions, workout solutions, and loss-mitigation options; document collection activity; research disputes; monitor payment commitments; and prepare accounts for repossession, charge-off, legal review, or agency placement. Serve as an escalation resource for Collector I staff while complying with collection laws, credit-reporting requirements, BSA/AML, and OFAC regulations.
