Provides Tier 1 technical support to restaurant and home-office users through phone, remote, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, operating systems, printers, networks, point-of-sale systems, kitchen displays, phones, and other restaurant technology. Documents incidents, manages equipment deployments and inventory, communicates resolutions, escalates complex or security-related issues, coordinates with vendors, and contributes to support documentation. The role includes evening, weekend, local travel, and occasional equipment-handling requirements.
