Coordinates sustainability and energy capital improvement projects across their full lifecycle. Supports project establishment, budgets, funding verification, cost forecasting, financial reporting, reconciliations, change management, invoice oversight, and risk assessment. Maintains estimates-to-complete, contract balances, commitments, encumbrances, and program controls data while coordinating with project managers, cost analysts, district personnel, and other stakeholders. The role supports compliance with public-sector program procedures and bond funding requirements.

Supports electrical engineering design, construction, operation, and maintenance for wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include managing Automation Change Request documentation in SharePoint, analyzing electrical systems, reviewing designs and construction deliverables, verifying as-built drawings, supporting commissioning, ensuring code compliance, and coordinating with maintenance staff, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Reviews and analyzes contractor construction schedules, including baselines, monthly updates, critical paths, milestones, logic, cost loading, and schedule slippage. Performs QA/QC on P6 submissions, validates schedule compliance and data integrity, creates filters and reports, develops earned value curves, and supports project management reporting for educational and public works projects.
