Serves as the finance and accounting subject matter expert for KanTime, supporting billing, payment posting, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, payroll transactions, month-end processes, and general ledger reporting. Supports and trains customers, demonstrates the platform to prospects, manages finance-related support escalations, maintains accounting documentation and workflows, and advises development teams on product improvements. Requires GAAP knowledge, accounting experience, healthcare business understanding, and strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Leads end-to-end implementations of KanTime’s Self-Directed Services platform, including discovery, configuration, training, go-live support, and transition to ongoing support. Advises clients on Medicaid waivers, FMS, SDS workflows, compliance, budgeting, payroll mapping, timesheets, and spending plans. Develops project plans, collaborates with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support, and creates customized training and go-live materials. Requires occasional travel for onsite implementations and training.

Sources and qualifies inbound and outbound sales leads through calls, emails, research, and the BANT process. Documents prospect information in Salesforce, identifies decision-makers, generates interest, and hands qualified opportunities to the Sales team. Supports marketing, public relations, trade shows, and events while building relationships with prospects and referral partners. Requires strong communication, listening, presentation, and inside-sales skills, with travel of up to 30% annually.

Leads customer success for assigned KanTime healthcare accounts, driving solution adoption, retention, expansion, executive relationships, and client satisfaction. Develops account plans, identifies adoption barriers, coordinates training and user outreach, manages customer issues, and collaborates with Sales, Support, and Development. Serves as a pediatric nursing subject-matter expert, translates product direction into client recommendations, and maintains regulatory and home health or hospice knowledge. Travel is required 30%–50% of the time.

Owns sales performance across an assigned territory by building pipeline, developing prospect relationships, managing complex sales cycles, delivering software demonstrations, coordinating proposals and RFPs, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. The role also maintains executive client relationships, collaborates with marketing on case studies, documents activity in Salesforce, and participates in trade shows. Travel is required for at least 50% of the year.

Demonstrates KanTime healthcare software to prospects through onsite and webinar presentations, supports discovery visits and RFPs, answers functionality and interoperability questions, and serves as a subject matter expert. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, development, implementation, customer success, and leadership; maintains demo data; attends conferences; tracks healthcare and regulatory trends; and travels approximately 30% annually.
