Remote inside sales role converting qualified leads and existing customers into pest control service accounts. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying needs, closing sales, collecting autopay information, scheduling inspections, entering accurate data, meeting conversion and revenue goals, and resolving customer issues. Candidates need prior inside sales experience, strong communication skills, 50 WPM typing speed, basic Google Suite proficiency, reliable internet, and professional English pronunciation. Rotating Saturday availability is required.

Manages customer accounts receivable by handling billing inquiries, collecting and applying payments, following up on past-due balances, resolving discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Communicates with customers and internal teams by phone, email, and text while providing professional payment support. This is a remote full-time role with occasional Saturday coverage and requires strong communication, typing, customer service, and account-management skills.
