Maintains accounting policies, internal controls, and audit compliance while supporting process automation, system implementations, and finance transformation initiatives. Provides technical guidance to accounting staff and business partners.

Leads the IT Help Desk team while providing hands-on technical support to employees across multiple locations. Manages SLAs, ticket queues, escalations, VIP requests, documentation, metrics, quality audits, incident trends, software licensing, and process improvements. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, supports mobile devices, coordinates technician training, develops end-user training, and contributes to workstation technology projects. Requires on-call availability and travel between credit union locations.

Provides in-house legal counsel to management and business units on corporate, contractual, employment, governance, litigation, regulatory, lending, deposit, vendor, and financial services matters. Drafts and negotiates contracts, manages outside counsel and disputes, supports governance and strategic initiatives, monitors legal developments, conducts research, and delivers legal training. Supervises the in-house paralegal and advises on legal risk mitigation.

Coordinates integrated marketing campaigns, member communications, promotions, digital content, events, and marketing projects. Maintains timelines, calendars, budgets, workflows, asset libraries, inventory, and performance reports while coordinating internal stakeholders, vendors, approvals, and production activities. Supports website and email updates, content quality assurance, statement advertising, community initiatives, and marketing administration. Ensures deliverables meet brand, compliance, quality, and service standards.

Provides member service while cross-selling financial products, opening accounts, processing consumer and real estate loans, meeting sales goals, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Supports teller and personal financial functions, may maintain a cash drawer or serve as a notary, and follows cash, security, robbery, BSA, and AML procedures.
