Supervise daily customer support operations across phone, email, chat, and ticketing channels. Coach and support representatives, coordinate staffing and workflow, handle escalations, monitor service quality, assist with training and onboarding, communicate policy updates, and recommend operational improvements. Provide direct customer support and help prepare the team for productions, on-sales, subscription campaigns, and procedural changes. Flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Supports in-person box office operations across multiple venues, including ticket sales, exchanges, refunds, will call, settlements, reconciliations, and ticketing requests. Serves as lead-on-duty, guides ticketing staff, assists with training, resolves customer concerns, and communicates operational issues. Maintains knowledge of performances, policies, pricing, and procedures while delivering professional customer service. Requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, performances, and special events.
