Optimizes assembly and distribution workflows through lean manufacturing, process design, time studies, root-cause analysis, standardization, and KPI tracking. The role leads continuous improvement projects, reduces waste and cycle times, improves quality and delivery, develops work instructions and CAD/CAM designs, and collaborates with operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.
