Administers and supports casino IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, SANs, desktops, networks, firewalls, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, backups, phone systems, and security tools. Monitors system performance, applies patches, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, supports users, maintains documentation, tests disaster recovery procedures, and coordinates with vendors.
