The Chief Growth Officer will develop and lead Verve’s profitable consumer growth strategy across DTC, retail, wholesale, ecommerce, acquisition, retention, pricing, product, and brand. The role owns growth-related P&L, unit economics, analytics, capital allocation, innovation, omnichannel strategy, and consumer data. This executive will build an integrated growth organization spanning marketing, ecommerce, CRM, analytics, insights, creative, and partnerships while protecting Verve’s premium brand positioning.

Leads wholesale sales growth across Southern California by identifying prospects, managing pipelines, closing new business, and achieving regional sales targets. Responsibilities include market and competitive analysis, proposal and quote coordination, account planning, distributor relationship management, sales forecasting, and collaboration with marketing and brand teams. The role requires substantial regional travel, coffee industry experience, CRM and quoting platform proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
