Leads day-to-day finance operations for a community health center and supports the CFO in managing fiscal matters. Oversees billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, audits, budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, grant reporting, and regulatory compliance. Manages finance staff, improves departmental processes and technology, maintains billing-system knowledge, and acts for the CFO during their absence.

Assists the Director of Finance and Senior Accountant with general accounting operations, including monthly financial statement preparation and analysis, general ledger maintenance, account audits, cash receipt recording, balance schedules, journal entries, and accounting procedures. Requires knowledge of internal controls, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, grants management, computerized accounting systems, and spreadsheets.
