Oversees VMware, Windows, networking, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365, databases, backup, and high-availability services. Establishes Infrastructure-as-Code standards using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and Ansible; manages vendors, budgets, programs, and executive stakeholder relationships while mentoring engineering teams.

Maintains and secures enterprise networks, firewalls, wireless systems, VPNs, cloud connectivity, and cybersecurity infrastructure. Investigates security alerts, supports incident response and vulnerability remediation, administers Microsoft security technologies, monitors network performance, and assists with infrastructure, disaster recovery, documentation, vendor coordination, and technical projects.

Manages millwork orders from customer inquiry through completion, including quoting, product selection, specification review, order documentation, vendor coordination, delivery follow-up, returns, warranty claims, and issue resolution. Partners with sales teams, customers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Provides product education, maintains order records, supports customer service, and contributes to cross-functional training and special projects.
