Provides advanced accounting support for more than $80 million in grants, including financial tracking, reconciliations, compliance monitoring, reimbursement requests, and regulatory reporting. Reviews purchasing requests, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and vendor quotes. Serves as a trained backup for biweekly payroll processing and related tax, retirement, and general ledger activities. Maintains records, internal controls, databases, and financial reports while coordinating with county departments, grantors, vendors, and government agencies.

Supports prosecutors by organizing case files, gathering discovery from law enforcement and other agencies, filing legal documents, preparing trial materials, managing calendars and deadlines, coordinating subpoenas and transcripts, and communicating with attorneys, victims, witnesses, courts, and agencies. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, administrative experience, computer proficiency, and Arkansas notary status or eligibility.

Assists the comptroller with countywide accounting, budgeting, financial compliance, purchasing, audits, payroll oversight, and financial reporting. Oversees accounting procedures, monitors departmental budgets, supports annual budget development, coordinates legislative audits, manages purchasing processes and vendor contracts, and supervises two accounting employees. Advises elected officials and department heads on financial and purchasing matters while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.

Maintains the Prosecuting Attorney’s felony case database and processes court dockets for multiple Circuit Court divisions. Duties include entering and updating case information in Justware, scanning and filing documents, preparing court forms and orders, coordinating schedules, supporting attorneys in court, and communicating with courts, clerks, law enforcement, jails, probation, corrections, and federal marshals. The role processes new and ongoing felony cases while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

Supports prosecuting attorneys across felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. Maintains confidential physical and digital case files, coordinates discovery, prepares and files legal documents, tracks court calendars and deadlines, subpoenas witnesses, organizes trial materials, communicates with victims, witnesses, agencies, and attorneys, and assists during hearings and trials. The role manages substantial caseloads, conducts records and evidence research, ensures compliance with court procedures, and mentors Legal Assistant I staff.
