Serves as in-house counsel for label and publishing businesses, drafting and negotiating recorded music, publishing, licensing, distribution, and artist agreements. Advises business teams on legal obligations, deal terms, royalties, and risk; supports corporate matters and catalog acquisitions; manages filings, contract templates, due diligence, post-closing transfers, and outside counsel across specialized legal matters.

Owns day-to-day financial operations for six business entities, including US GAAP compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, streaming DSP royalty accounting, cash flow, controls, and general ledger management. Partners with the CFO, auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams; presents financial statements and KPIs; supports strategic planning and investment analysis; and monitors digital music distribution and licensing trends.
