Responsibilities include customer community and champion programs, automated re-engagement sequences, reporting governance, cross-functional strategy, and program roadmap ownership. The position partners with Customer Success, Product, Onboarding, Support, and Enablement teams to improve customer outcomes while enabling CSMs to focus on strategic relationships.
