Executive leader responsible for Alpha Delta Pi’s end-to-end membership experience, organizational growth, member education, leadership development, and chapter sustainability. Develops long-term strategy, performance measures, dashboards, and organization-wide initiatives while advising executive leadership and the Grand Council. Leads multidisciplinary teams, aligns member support and education functions, drives sustainable expansion, develops organizational leaders, and represents the organization in membership, higher education, and volunteer engagement matters.

Supports a portfolio of collegiate chapters within an assigned district by serving as a primary contact, facilitating visits, workshops, and networking, managing chapter administrative processes, collecting and analyzing data, and monitoring policy adherence. The role partners with volunteers and staff to establish goals, improve chapter operations, and implement procedures. It is remote, requires Alpha Delta Pi membership, and involves estimated travel of 50–70%.

Leads Alpha Delta Pi’s enterprise growth strategy, extension and market development, membership lifecycle innovation, and strategic projects. Analyzes demographic, higher education, membership, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide executive recommendations. Builds relationships with campus partners, volunteers, staff, and external stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. The role also supports database and engagement-system strategy, organizational competitiveness, and long-term membership growth.

Supports daily accounting operations for a nonprofit organization, including accounts receivable, billing, deposits, payment posting, reconciliations, loan payments, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Maintains accounting documentation, supports budgeting and internal controls, and helps improve financial systems and processes. Collaborates with Finance, IT, Data, leadership, members, volunteers, and external stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and timely reporting.

The Accounting Specialist manages daily accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, billing, reconciliations, cash management, inventory, fixed assets, and month-end close. The role supports financial reporting, budgeting, audits, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and chapter accounting. It also helps implement financial systems, improve processes, maintain accounting documentation, and collaborate with Finance, IT, Data, staff, volunteers, and organizational stakeholders.

Supports Alpha Delta Pi’s growth strategy by helping establish new chapters, preparing recruitment plans, coordinating events and programming, supporting chapter officers, training advisory boards, and monitoring policy adherence. The role builds relationships with campus stakeholders, manages calendars and logistics, helps chapters set goals, and represents the sorority at meetings and conferences. Relocation to Dallas is required, with potential travel during the academic year.

Leads enterprise data and analytics strategy, including dashboards, KPIs, data governance, performance measurement, and executive reporting. Integrates information from multiple systems to generate insights, support strategic decisions, evaluate initiatives, and improve member experience and organizational efficiency. Partners with executive leaders, IT, HR, and departments on data infrastructure, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and responsible data stewardship. Translates complex analysis into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Supports Alpha Delta Pi’s collegiate growth initiatives through extension operations, campus engagement logistics, stakeholder coordination, presentations, and on-site implementation. Coordinates timelines, workplans, travel, events, and cross-functional deliverables while managing Extension Coordinators. Gathers campus intelligence, recruitment trends, field observations, and stakeholder feedback to inform growth planning. Represents the organization with campus professionals, volunteers, and external partners. This Atlanta-based role is primarily in person and requires frequent travel to campuses, meetings, conferences, and organizational events.
