Develops, maintains, and enhances public websites, intranet platforms, and online banking interfaces. Oversees product strategy, pricing, P&L, balance-sheet planning, roadmap development, acquisition and retention initiatives, overdraft programs, member data quality, vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Partners with marketing, technology, product development, and member services teams to launch digital-first solutions and improve member experience.

Designs, builds, and operationalizes secure AI-powered data experiences, including natural-language analytics agents and agentic workflows. Owns AI tooling, retrieval, prompting, evaluation, Azure runtime architecture, deployment, monitoring, and supportability. Partners with data engineering, cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure governed, explainable, privacy-preserving solutions. Develops reusable AI components, responsible-AI guardrails, enablement materials, and adoption strategies for enterprise users.

Advises members and clients on investment strategies, financial products, and securities transactions by analyzing financial information, goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions. Manages client accounts, conducts periodic reviews, develops relationships, supports branch integration and sales initiatives, leads educational seminars, and meets business-production goals while complying with FINRA, SEC, broker-dealer, and credit union regulations.

Owns the credit union’s web content strategy across product, rate, article, and landing pages. Writes and publishes content in Umbraco CMS, applies SEO and AEO practices, implements structured data, monitors analytics, and maintains content accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role partners with Marketing, Compliance, Digital/IT, and department stakeholders to improve search visibility, AI discovery, accessibility, member clarity, and content performance.

The Mortgage Servicer processes mortgage and home equity loan payments, maintains escrow accounts and loan records, boards newly funded loans, handles lien releases and allonges, audits files for accuracy and regulatory compliance, packages sold loan files, prepares reports, and assists mortgage processing, underwriting, closing, origination, and collections teams. The role also provides routine member support regarding existing loans and requires adherence to credit union policies, procedures, and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
