Leads outbound membership sales, pipeline expansion, senior-level prospect engagement, negotiations, and closing high-value memberships. Develops corporate travel and guesthouse revenue through relationships with companies, institutions, and travel managers. Partners with membership teams, supports direct reports, tracks CRM activity, reports pipeline metrics, and provides commercial market insights.

Drives membership growth through strategic prospecting, recruitment campaigns, community development, pipeline management, interviews, events, and onboarding. Oversees membership databases, reporting, campaigns, waitlists, cohorts, and selection committee follow-up. Builds relationships with prospective and current members, represents the club at events, develops community partnerships, and supports market research and special projects. Requires strong hospitality leadership, client-facing communication, analytical, organizational, and team-management skills.
