Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure services, endpoint security, networks, devices, licensing, and IT support operations. Provide onboarding and offboarding support, maintain infrastructure and backups, administer security controls, coordinate MSP and technology vendors, support compliance, and develop AI-enabled automations. The role also owns documentation, training, ticket management, asset lifecycle processes, and technology governance.
