Provide technical support for a digital platform through tickets and email. Investigate, reproduce, troubleshoot, document, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to engineering. Manage ticket priorities, communicate progress, identify recurring issues, maintain support documentation, assist with onboarding and configuration, and provide product feedback. Collaborate remotely with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to improve support processes and customer experience.

Senior QA Engineer responsible for creating and executing manual and automated tests, developing test plans and cases, performing integration and API testing, maintaining regression scripts, and triaging and debugging defects. The role collaborates with development, product, and support teams in an agile environment to ensure end-to-end software quality. It is a remote 12-month contract with very occasional onsite attendance in Dublin.
