Manages NCMEC’s mid-level individual giving program and donor portfolio, overseeing qualification, cultivation, solicitation, renewal, upgrades, stewardship, and pipeline movement. Uses Salesforce, wealth-screening data, and prospect research to segment donors, forecast revenue, and improve retention and conversion. Coordinates executive and board engagement, digital fundraising partnerships, foundation proposal support, donor communications, reporting, and relationship follow-up.

Reviews and triages CyberTipline reports, conducts research and deconfliction searches, communicates with reporters and child-serving professionals, and supports survivor services. Maintains sensitive victim databases, quality assurance processes, reporting, and victim-rights information. Provides operational and administrative support through workload tracking, scheduling, correspondence, inventory, meeting coordination, conference logistics, and access to reports for authorized parties. Requires empathy, trauma-informed practices, confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to handle disturbing content.

Leads NCMEC’s government affairs strategy with Congress, executive agencies, and state governments. Responsibilities include appropriations requests, Congressional outreach, legislative tracking, policy advocacy, testimony and regulatory comments, coalition participation, inquiry responses, and management of a Government Affairs Policy Analyst. The role advises senior leadership, develops strategic communications and collateral, maintains Congressional relationships, and coordinates efforts supporting child protection programs and funding.

Reviews, drafts, and negotiates contracts, including vendor, licensing, fundraising, partnership, NDA, and MOU agreements. Manages the contract lifecycle, compliance filings, insurance coordination, trademark portfolio, workflows, and contract databases. Collaborates with legal, finance, leadership, and operational teams while balancing legal considerations with the organization’s mission and deadlines.

Leads NCMEC’s private philanthropy strategy and Development department, overseeing individual giving, foundations, corporate partnerships, digital fundraising, events, and operations. Builds sustainable revenue, manages major donor and partner portfolios, personally closes significant gifts, strengthens stewardship and pipeline programs, and uses Salesforce for forecasting and accountability. Partners with executive, program, communications, finance, legal, and board leaders while recruiting, coaching, and developing fundraising staff.

Develops, facilitates, and coordinates training programs for law enforcement and child-serving professionals. Responsibilities include curriculum support, instructor coordination, learning management system administration, attendee communications, data collection, grant deliverables, reporting, outreach coordination, quality control, and public presentations. The role also provides administrative support and represents the organization at conferences and public engagements.

Supports CyberTipline operations by reviewing and triaging reports, conducting background and database research, routing cases, communicating with reporting parties and law enforcement, and maintaining accurate case information. The role also assists with statistical reporting, workload coordination, feedback requests, scheduling, inventory, meeting documentation, correspondence, and other administrative duties. Requires discretion and resilience when handling highly sensitive child-exploitation material.
