Supports existing customers, generates new sales, manages leads and opportunities, prepares quotes, provides technical sales support, and maintains customer relationships. The role manages customer projects, forecasts demand, participates in APQP and SIOP meetings, coordinates with engineering and supply chain teams, supports field sales, reviews account data, and monitors blanket orders. It also trains new employees and requires occasional key-account travel.

Provides technical sales support for ball screw and linear motion solutions. Works with customers and Sales to evaluate machine applications, loads, speeds, duty cycles, accuracy, and operating conditions; reviews drawings and specifications; troubleshoots equipment; recommends products and solutions; and coordinates with Engineering and Manufacturing. The role includes customer site visits, application reviews, installation support, and technical sales assistance for automation, robotics, machine tools, packaging, and other precision motion systems.
