Own the backend architecture and data intelligence systems for an AI-enhanced events platform. Responsibilities include evolving microservices, data models, APIs, reliability, enrichment pipelines, scoring and recommendation engines, and real-time systems. The role also delivers features across multiple products, establishes technical standards, improves performance and tooling, and partners closely with product and design. This is a high-ownership contract role intended to convert to full-time, with NYC hybrid preference.
