Build and lead Hanwha Defense USA’s enterprise compensation and benefits function. Develop compensation philosophy, job architecture, pay structures, benchmarking, equity standards, regulatory compliance, benefits strategy, vendor governance, and M&A integration programs. Advise executives and the Board Compensation Committee while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and operational leaders. Initially operate as a hands-on builder, then establish and lead a scalable Compensation & Benefits team.

Manage financial performance for complex U.S. Government defense programs, including EAC development, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, variance analysis, profitability, risk and opportunity assessment, reporting, audits, proposals, and contract negotiations. Partner with program, accounting, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and business development teams. Lead financial analysts, support EVM reporting, ensure FAR, DFARS, CAS, GAAP, and SOX compliance, and brief leadership and customers on program performance and risks.

Leads consolidated financial reporting for the U.S. entity and coordinates IFRS-to-U.S. GAAP reporting with overseas headquarters. Oversees financial close, consolidation accounting, project accounting, indirect rate calculations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance with DCAA requirements. Administers Deltek Costpoint and SAP Concur, analyzes financial performance, supports strategic decisions, and mentors finance and accounting staff while partnering with operational and global finance teams.
