Leads traffic engineering projects for state DOTs and municipal agencies, coordinating clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Provides technical guidance on traffic studies and designs, manages project teams, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risks, and serves as the primary client contact. Drives business development, leads pursuits and proposals, and mentors traffic engineers. Requires extensive GDOT project experience, professional engineering licensure, and strong client and staff management capabilities.

Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering highway, roadway, bicycle, and pedestrian transportation projects from planning and design through construction. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, design quality, client relationships, public involvement, and subconsultants. Review technical deliverables, mentor engineers, support business development, and represent the firm with public agencies and professional organizations.
