Manages prospect relationships, tours, consultations, sales pipelines, CRM activity, marketing campaigns, events, referral partnerships, and performance reporting. Collaborates with community and regional leadership, mentors sales staff, and provides market insight on pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning.

The Accounting Director oversees onsite accounting, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable coordination, financial records, and compliance for a senior living community. The role supports residents, families, vendors, department heads, and the Executive Director; resolves financial issues; reviews results and variances; maintains system and census data; coordinates with centralized finance teams; and provides local insight for forecasting and strategic decisions.

Provides technical support to residents and staff for devices, printers, VoIP phones, and other equipment. Assists with service requests, work orders, device setup, deployments, computer refreshes, documentation, inventory, audiovisual setups, and campus technology projects while shadowing IT staff.

Provides administrative and financial support to Plant Operations leadership in a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing invoices, purchase orders, work orders, resident service requests, maintenance contracts, department records, budgets, contractor coordination, resident communications, and preventive maintenance scheduling. The role also supports meetings, reports, CAPEX documentation, asset tracking, and office organization while delivering hospitality-focused service.

Develops brand awareness, qualified leads, and occupancy through digital and print campaigns, content, events, community outreach, public relations, and sales collaboration. Manages marketing materials, website and social media initiatives, lead-nurturing tools, referral relationships, and campaign performance reporting while representing the senior living community at internal and external events.

Full-time interns contribute to risk management projects, collaborate across departments, participate in professional development, and present project outcomes to senior leadership. The role provides mentorship, training, shadowing, and broad exposure to organizational operations. Candidates should be enrolled in a business, operations, risk management, or related program; have strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills; and demonstrate attention to detail and communication abilities. Environmental, health, and safety coursework or experience is preferred.
