Own Hush’s paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Manage campaign performance, budgets, targeting, creative testing, UGC creator partnerships, incrementality and lift studies, attribution, and marketing mix modeling. Analyze performance against ROAS, CAC, and revenue goals, develop creative briefs and testing roadmaps, manage creative fatigue, and collaborate with brand, creative, ecommerce, and platform partner teams to drive measurable customer acquisition and growth.

Build Hush’s brand marketing function from the ground up, including strategy, integrated campaigns, partnerships, affiliate marketing, PR and communications, community management, organic social, reporting, budgets, and agency relationships. Collaborate with performance marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to drive awareness, affinity, traffic, and growth. The role requires strong storytelling, project management, creative execution, and comfort working in an unstructured environment.

Coordinate retail replenishment, fulfillment, transportation, inventory transfers, dropship orders, and warehouse operations. Track deliveries, reconcile inventory discrepancies, maintain accurate order and shipment data, resolve fulfillment issues, support store openings and warehouse sales, and manage relationships with carriers, 3PLs, distribution centers, and internal teams. Identify process improvements and ensure service levels, timely delivery, and operational accuracy.

Designs and maintains responsive e-commerce website, email, product-detail, campaign, and brand assets. Supports UX layouts, wireframes, design-system components, developer handoffs, accessibility, image optimization, and mobile-first experiences. Coordinates with e-commerce, merchandising, marketing, analytics, and development teams; reviews website implementations, performs desktop and mobile QA, creates A/B test variations, and uses performance insights and customer feedback to improve digital creative and customer experience.
