Supports capital projects, continuous improvement, technical documentation, and global trials. Requires extensive process engineering experience in plastics, polymers, or compounding.

Coordinates business operations for the Technology & Innovation organization, including purchasing, accounting support, reporting, enterprise systems administration, product information management, document control, project coordination, and office operations. Supports Oracle, Salesforce, IMDS, and other platforms; trains users, troubleshoots systems, maintains documentation, coordinates reporting and events, and improves administrative processes across technical and corporate teams.
