Leads the organization’s individual giving strategy, including major gifts, annual funds, donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, and fundraising campaigns. Oversees donor communications, segmentation, cultivation, solicitation, and engagement while supporting budgeting and revenue forecasting. Requires extensive nonprofit fundraising experience, strong relationship-building skills, and occasional evening, weekend, and local or regional travel.
