Supports student scholarship and development programs through intake, graduate follow-up, life-skills classes, clubs, events, monitoring, and recordkeeping. The role primarily develops communications content, including stories, reports, social media posts, videos, graphics, translations, and grant-related materials. It also supports proposal preparation, employer and alumni engagement, reporting, and organizational activities. Some fieldwork, flexible scheduling, and weekend participation may be required.

Provides reception and administrative support, including filing, document preparation, data entry, inventory and asset tracking, purchasing, fleet and equipment monitoring, meeting coordination, minute-taking, reporting, and work planning. The role requires effective communication, organization, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to ride a motorcycle. Applicants need at least two years of administrative experience and a relevant certificate.

Leads RAP project planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting, risk management, compliance, and resource use. Supervises staff and volunteers, builds community and stakeholder partnerships, supports program scaling, conducts grant research, contributes to proposals and donor reporting, and promotes quality improvement and safeguarding.
