Provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Executive Campus Pastor. Manages calendars, meetings, correspondence, leadership communications, preaching schedules, governance materials, ordination processes, reporting, membership processes, budgets, and organization-wide initiatives. Acts as a liaison among campus leaders, teaching teams, central departments, and the Elder Board while handling confidential matters with discretion and ensuring priorities move forward effectively.

Leads production strategy and execution across multiple church campuses, overseeing audio, video, lighting, environments, workflows, budgets, equipment planning, and event safety. Develops Production HUB Directors and volunteer teams, establishes consistent production standards, drives innovation, and ensures high-quality worship experiences. Requires live production expertise, technical proficiency, strong leadership, organizational ability, collaborative character, and alignment with the church’s mission. Woodside Bible Church membership and active participation are required.

Worship Director positions are available across multiple Southeast Michigan locations, with both part-time and full-time salaried opportunities. Applicants will be considered for placement in one of 14 locations.
