Develops and manages healthcare workforce programs, including apprenticeships, career pathways, educational partnerships, tuition and certification initiatives, and workforce pipeline strategies. Builds relationships with schools, colleges, community partners, and internal departments; presents programs at outreach events; supports recruiting and career advancement; manages measurable goals and deadlines; and travels to partner sites and Unity Health facilities. The position is grant-funded and may require occasional evening or weekend events.

Supports workforce development programs through administrative coordination, recordkeeping, outreach, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Maintains participant rosters, files, milestones, training credentials, and program documentation. Coordinates with LMS administrators, interns, supervisors, schools, community partners, and workforce development staff. Supports apprenticeships, internships, career pathways, tuition assistance, recruiting activities, certification programs, and healthcare career outreach. Requires travel to facilities, schools, and community sites, with occasional evening or weekend events.
