The Gifts Officer manages individual donor and prospect portfolios, identifies and cultivates new donors, solicits gifts, and provides ongoing stewardship. Responsibilities include donor outreach, relationship building, fundraising campaign support, advancement event coordination, CRM record maintenance, donor reporting, and cross-department collaboration. The role requires representing the museum professionally at events and working occasional evenings and weekends.
