Leads product strategy and partner-channel growth across B2B financial services and payments. Owns partner ecosystem development, revenue targets, portfolio strategy, pricing, contracts, business cases, and go-to-market models. Translates partner insights into product and operational strategies, influences enterprise planning, and supervises a Partner Services Project Manager. Requires executive communication, cross-functional leadership, contract negotiation, and demonstrated P&L impact.

Provides advanced desktop support across computers, virtual desktops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, cloud environments, and related infrastructure. Diagnoses technical issues, manages vulnerabilities and deployments, standardizes desktop environments, documents processes, and supports ITSM requests. Participates in complex projects, routine and after-hours support, and on-call coverage. Trains and mentors help desk staff and end users while maintaining desktop, network, and server environments.

Processes ACH files, transmits ACH origination files, enters ACH returns through TranZact, and responds to credit union inquiries about ACH rules and software functionality. Provides customer service for ACH and card services while managing multiple tasks and meeting department procedures and service standards.

Manages the Item Processing Implementation and Remote Deposit Services team, overseeing staff development, product implementations, project delivery, technical support, testing, upgrades, deployments, vendor relationships, training, billing, reporting, and pre-sales support. Serves as a subject matter expert for payment and deposit products, collaborates on product launches and marketing, and provides ongoing support to credit unions. Requires strong banking or credit union experience, leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The Portfolio Manager supports investment strategy execution, balance sheet risk management, and portfolio performance optimization. Responsibilities include analyzing fixed income securities, interpreting economic data and monetary policy, monitoring portfolio risk, applying asset/liability management principles, and using Bloomberg and Excel for analysis. The role partners with the VP of Portfolio Management and requires strong mathematical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

Develops and manages credit union client relationships while growing sales of fixed-income securities, certificates of deposit, subordinated debt, loan participations, and other investment products. Identifies new business, manages accounts to meet sales goals, presents investment opportunities, and represents Catalyst at industry events. Requires client engagement through calls, meetings, presentations, and travel of 10% to 20%.
