Supports DHA MEPRS cost-accounting activities through recurring data processing, validation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting, and customer support. Extracts and analyzes personnel, workload, financial, and other datasets using SAS, Excel, and reporting repositories. Investigates data-quality issues, troubleshoots root causes, documents findings, develops recurring and ad hoc analytical products, communicates results, and improves or automates processes.

Provides strategic information and analytics support for DHAPP by developing Tableau dashboards, updating data maturity assessments and logframes, analyzing program and HRH data, and conducting monitoring, evaluation, and data quality activities. Uses Python and AI-assisted methods for data preparation, triangulation, and automation. Coordinates with stakeholders, documents analytical methods and findings, communicates actionable insights, and manages deliverables independently during a six-month temporary assignment.
