Processes vehicle titles, registrations, license plates, renewals, fees, and related documents in accordance with Idaho laws and transportation directives. Provides in-person and telephone customer service, verifies identification and vehicle information, maintains electronic and physical records, reconciles cash drawers, conducts VIN and HIN inspections, and communicates with financial institutions, dealerships, agencies, and customers. May perform mail clerk, title inspection, liaison, and satellite-office duties, including occasional training travel.
