Designs and optimizes mechanical systems for high-rise residential and commercial building projects. Performs calculations, reviews HVAC, fire-fighting, drainage, water, and LPG designs, ensures compliance with energy-efficiency standards, develops cost-effective alternatives, and provides technical support. Collaborates with architects, structural engineers, departments, and project teams, including site visits. Requires Middle East building-services experience, knowledge of UAE and Dubai regulations, and proficiency in IES, HAP, Hevacomp, and AutoCAD.
