Leads major aircraft cabin interiors programs from development through in-service support, owning execution, P&L, cost, schedule, margin, risk, customer commitments, and contract changes. Coordinates global cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance. Manages customer and supplier relationships, milestone reviews, forecasts, EAC/ETC, EVM, claims, proposals, and recovery initiatives. Requires extensive aerospace program management experience, executive communication skills, and domestic and international travel.

Designs, develops, analyzes, validates, and documents mechanical aircraft seating systems for production, retrofit, and product-development programs. Interprets OEM, customer, regulatory, and aircraft requirements; creates CAD designs and engineering packages; performs preliminary stress, kinematics, and dynamic analyses; troubleshoots seat-system issues; and provides technical support to manufacturing and in-service programs. Collaborates across engineering and manufacturing teams and may travel domestically or internationally.

Designs, analyzes, validates, and troubleshoots aircraft seat electrical systems, wiring, harnesses, and installations. Interprets OEM, supplier, FAA, and EASA requirements; performs electrical load analysis, safety assessments, FMEA, EWIS, grounding and bonding analyses, and qualification testing. Produces engineering specifications, compliance documentation, and test reports while supporting production and in-service issues. Coordinates schedules, provides technical guidance and mentoring, and may lead engineering tasks requiring domestic and international travel.
