Senior Production Engineer responsible for ventilation, power, pumping, mine services, IT infrastructure, and capital projects at an underground gold mine. The role develops life-of-mine strategies, supports mine planning and scheduling, oversees ventilation compliance, manages project scoping and delivery, contributes to capital budgeting, and mentors technical staff. Strong underground mining experience, Deswik competency, analytical ability, and project or infrastructure experience are required or preferred.

Develops and maintains three-month underground mine schedules, coordinates mining activities with operations and technical teams, tracks plan compliance and production performance, plans infrastructure projects, mentors short-term planning engineers, and improves scheduling processes. Requires underground mining planning experience, Deswik expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously on an FIFO roster.
