Develops, manages, and retains a portfolio of domestic and international wealth management clients. Provides comprehensive investment advice, conducts suitability assessments, recommends portfolios, supports account opening and funding, and maintains ongoing client relationships. Coordinates banking, lending, and trust solutions while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, licensing, and supervisory requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and model risk teams while managing projects and communicating findings to business leaders.

Supports Wealth Management Advisors with customer service, account opening, onboarding, KYC and investment-profile updates, documentation, transfers, deposits, account maintenance, and operational requests. Coordinates with Wealth Management Operations, manages calendars and office administration, assists with projects, and maintains knowledge of financial products and market news. Ensures compliance with BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and AML requirements while providing bilingual English-Spanish client support.

Supports commercial credit portfolio management through early financial reviews, risk triage, deal screening, relationship administration, industry monitoring, and portfolio reporting. Identifies adverse trends, liquidity and leverage concerns, covenant issues, and missing information, escalating risks to Relationship Managers and Credit partners. Helps assess preliminary transactions, maintain regulatory compliance, coordinate borrower information, and ensure timely annual reviews, loan closings, and required documentation.

Manages commercial real estate banking relationships, driving loan production, deposit growth, cross-selling, and new business development. Structures and negotiates complex CRE financing, oversees credit quality, monitors covenant compliance and risk, reviews underwriting materials, presents to loan committees, and supports syndicated loans and participations. Builds community and referral networks, manages partnerships, ensures AML and regulatory compliance, and mentors junior relationship managers.

Drives commercial deposit growth by acquiring new business banking clients, developing market plans, and delivering tailored treasury and banking solutions. Builds relationships with business owners and referral partners, collaborates with lending, retail, and treasury teams, and supports client onboarding and cross-selling. Conducts financial assessments, represents the bank at community events, and ensures compliance with BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, AML, and internal risk-management requirements.
