Work is conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Processes annual and interim tenant recertifications, verifies household income and composition, prepares HUD 50059 forms, updates tenant records, calculates rent changes, maintains files, processes move-outs and recoupments, and communicates with property managers and tenants. The role requires precise compliance with HUD occupancy procedures, timely documentation, and strong customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
