Supports and maintains Cisco branch and office network infrastructure, including routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPNs, monitoring, security compliance, and equipment lifecycle management. Troubleshoots network issues, performs deployments and updates, maintains documentation, coordinates vendors, supports unified communications, and participates in projects and on-call escalation rotations. The role requires branch site visits, after-hours changes, occasional weekend work, and physical equipment installation.

Manages Splunk SIEM, intrusion detection and prevention, DLP, vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection, IAM, firewalls, web filtering, and zero-day threat protection. Conducts security monitoring, incident response, risk assessments, remediation, documentation, compliance support, and security reporting. Provides Tier 2 escalation support, participates in on-call rotations, collaborates with IT and compliance teams, and supports multiple security projects.

Leads Security Operations Center operations, staffing, performance, monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and cybersecurity technology management. Oversees SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence, logging, detection engineering, threat hunting, compliance support, audits, incident documentation, and executive reporting. Partners with technical and leadership teams to improve security monitoring, response processes, operational standards, and enterprise risk visibility.
