Advises company personnel, agents, brokers, and customers on title insurance and settlement regulations, approves underwriting standards, supports regional business relationships, analyzes underwriter performance, and contributes to product and educational initiatives. The role requires sound legal judgment, leadership, strong communication, and expertise in title insurance and real estate settlement practices.

Manages real estate escrow transactions from opening through closing, including preparing documents, clearing title, reviewing instructions, calculating prorations, obtaining signatures, recording filings, and disbursing funds. The role communicates with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with escrow laws, RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank, CFPB rules, ALTA Best Practices, and company procedures. Prepares preliminary reports, title policies, endorsements, and proforma policies; identifies curative requirements; analyzes chains of title; reviews foreclosure, trust, lien, judgment, and legal-description documents; and supports escrow staff and customers with title issues. This full-time, on-site role also maintains client relationships and provides backup recording and customer service support.

Manages daily operations across sales, title, and escrow teams; ensures service-level, regulatory, and corporate policy compliance; reviews performance dashboards; resolves escalations; develops staffing plans; trains vendors and employees; builds client relationships; and drives employee engagement, retention, coaching, and continuous operational improvement.
