Leads technical execution of medium-scope gas turbine conversion, modification, and upgrade projects. Responsibilities include auxiliary system design, engineering documentation, calculations, specifications, design reviews, risk assessments, scheduling, budget tracking, supplier and contractor oversight, customer communication, tender support, and field installation advisory services. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, supports project milestones, conducts site walkdowns, and improves engineering procedures. Up to 20% travel is required.

Leads SAP-based production planning and scheduling for manufacturing and repair operations. Manages MRP parameters, production orders, capacity planning, inventory, forecasts, and material availability. Coordinates with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and repair teams to resolve constraints and improve delivery performance. Supports S&OP, KPI monitoring, ERP enhancements, data integrity, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develops and manages demand and supply plans, master production schedules, and MRP outputs. Analyzes forecasts, orders, inventory, capacity, and material availability to prioritize production. Leads SIOP meetings, presents demand, supply, inventory, and hardware-spend metrics, and coordinates with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and program teams. Reviews purchase requisitions, resolves scheduling conflicts, and supports process improvements using ERP systems.

Manage configuration management activities for power-generation products, including bills of materials, engineering changes, documentation, PLM processes, and change accounting. Coordinate with engineering, quality, commercial, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation and operational excellence. Establish procedures, improve configuration-management tools, support product changes, and promote EHS initiatives. The role also requires technical communication, mentoring, project coordination, and occasional travel.

Ensures the quality and reliability of supplier-provided materials and components. Maintains quality systems and documentation, develops supplier quality improvements, creates inspection and test plans, analyzes inspection data, prepares quality metrics, approves customer and supplier acceptance packages, and leads root cause analysis and corrective actions using Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, and statistical tools. Coordinates with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, suppliers, and internal teams while supporting calibration and nonconformance activities.

Manages a project management team overseeing long-term agreement and transactional projects. Responsibilities include customer and sales liaison, project planning and execution, financial forecasting, reporting, contract deliverables, invoicing, logistics, project turnovers, safety, and team performance management. Requires cross-functional coordination with engineering, supply chain, accounting, project controls, and monitoring teams, along with domestic and international travel.

Evaluates and approves metallurgical manufacturing processes, investigates material nonconformances, performs root cause analyses, and selects alloys for gas turbine components. Develops and revises material and process qualification specifications, evaluates microstructures and defects, interprets engineering drawings, and supports supplier qualification reviews and audits. Requires knowledge of steel, nickel, cobalt alloys, heat treatment, manufacturing processes, and commercial material specifications.

Manages financial control, forecasting, billing, collections, revenue recognition, reporting, budgeting, and accounting for assigned projects. Advises project management on tax, insurance, foreign-exchange hedging, controls, and cost reduction. Prepares project reviews, maintains SAP and project accounting records, supports tender pricing, manages guarantees, and ensures compliance with financial processes and delegated authority.

Develop and maintain AWS-based monitoring and diagnostic software for gas turbines. Build and refine AI/ML models, digital twins, and predictive alarm systems that represent engine behavior and reduce false alarms. Support customer data and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting, improve OSIsoft PI architecture, and develop data visualizations and analytics using full-stack technologies, databases, and cloud services.

Administers and continuously improves the Siemens Teamcenter PLM environment. Manages user access, workflows, system health, vendor support cases, troubleshooting, and Tier II/III user support. Oversees templates, data migrations, upgrades, enhancement testing, integrations, and production releases. Collaborates with IT, Siemens, engineering, and business teams while providing user guidance and evaluating capabilities to improve system reliability, usability, and business value.
