Leads engineering, design, planning, project management, and operational support for drinking water and water reuse projects. Coordinates with clients, technical specialists, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams; supports proposals and project delivery; mentors junior staff; manages quality, budgets, schedules, and client expectations; and performs work across design, construction, and operations phases.

Designs medium- and low-voltage power systems, generators, motor controls, VFDs, lighting, and electrical layouts for water and wastewater facilities. Leads concurrent projects, prepares specifications, conducts power system studies, supports construction administration, testing, and startup, and participates in client meetings and business development. Mentors junior staff and may manage selected electrical projects.

Supports electrical engineering design for water and wastewater facilities, including power distribution, generators, motor controls, VFDs, lighting, calculations, specifications, system studies, and equipment layouts. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, performs site visits, assists with construction administration, reviews shop drawings, and supports factory equipment testing under senior engineers. Uses AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, and ETAP as required.
