Analyzes financial and operational data, forecasts, budgets, capital expenditures, investments, and M&A opportunities. Develops financial models, evaluates performance trends, monitors KPIs, and presents recommendations to executives. Improves business processes and systems, validates data, automates reporting, and maintains Power BI dashboards. Collaborates with divisions, subsidiaries, vendors, and leadership on strategic initiatives, negotiations, and project execution.

Coordinates end-to-end customer shipments, dispatch, intermodal logistics, cargo tracking, equipment control, and terminal operations. Serves as liaison among customers, truckers, terminals, railroads, and vendors; resolves service issues and manages cargo release processes. Processes accessorial billing, accounts receivable and payable invoices, and maintains customer records. Ensures compliance with customs, tax, port, and export requirements while supporting process improvements and safe cargo transportation.

Coordinates end-to-end domestic and intermodal shipments, including booking, dispatch, cargo tracking, terminal coordination, equipment control, and cargo release. Serves as liaison among customers, carriers, terminals, railroads, and vendors. Processes accessorial billing, accounts payable and receivable invoices, regulatory documentation, and customer records. Resolves service issues, ensures compliance with customs and Puerto Rico requirements, supports process improvements, and provides bilingual English-Spanish customer service.

Coordinates import and export shipping documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, arrival notices, load lists, and shipment records. Monitors vessel schedules, verifies billing and regulatory details, maintains data accuracy across systems, supports customer reporting, and communicates with customers, principals, terminals, brokers, and internal teams. Requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, customer service, data entry, Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong organization, and flexible on-call availability.
